Congratulations. We have made it more than halfway through the tsunami and we have survived. The long slide into the darkest days of the year is over. The earth is literally pivoting – turning itself back towards the sun and towards the light and the warmth
I love this week. I feel suspended in time, like the hard work of the last months is over. I won’t do hard work this week. I will be outside daily, letting the sunshine warm me, enjoying the extra light, and that will make me feel more hopeful. And if it rains, I will let those drops wash away the exhaustion and the resentments and the pain and anguish of the last year. And if it snows, I’ll watch the flakes flow gently or fly determinedly to cover the ground. I will do those activities that soothe my soul; the ones I have put off for months, and will enjoy having done.
These holidays have been borrowed from the celebrations of light of the early peoples – they rejoiced at the return of longer days and more light and sun and warmth.
This is a precious moment in time. How do you want to turn and shift your life? What is the problem you want to be solved? This is a moment in time where you can call on your HP to help you, and begin to make the change you have dreamed of.
Seize this moment!
Become conscious, intentional, and mindful about the changes you want to make in your life.
Stop letting yourself go round in circles with the same problem over and over. Look beyond the symptom and see the real issue, then let’s get you help for the real problem.
Change your behavior, stop and look. What do you really want?
I spoke with someone today who said, “Life is good. I am really happy with my life.” That is what I want to create for me, and for you.
The time is now. Turn to life and warmth and hope with me.
