Your Personal Food Plan Guide – The Sane Food Solution® is a sane, easy-to-use, gentle guide to creating a food plan that really works for you. It describes a food plan system for recovery from food addictions, from all addictive and compulsive eating behaviors, and from sensitivities to refined, processed, and man-made foods. It is sugar and flour free; wheat and other allergens are indicated.  It is meant to be used with support from Theresa or others you trust, and often with a 12 step or other powerful support system.

It contains the expert information you need for creating your own, personal recovery food plan and the information you need to make it work for you.  This manual is meant to be a flexible, reliable, useful guide for transforming your relationship with food and beginning the process of creating your “Sane Food Solution.”

    This Food Plan book has EVERYTHING you want or need to know about following your own food plan. I had thought I pretty much knew everything already, but was surprised and pleased to find answers to questions I didn’t even know I had, or that I’ve kept forgetting to ask about. I especially and personally appreciated the acknowledgment of many people’s concerns about dairy and about gluten and the way these are addressed in the book. This really is a trove of information and inspiration and I highly and happily recommend it !

    Can this publication, the personal plan food guide, help me plan a vegan, weighed and measured food plan?
    A friend who is a counselor and who has many food disorder clients said that perhaps you can recommend a vegan sponsor who is working a 12 step prog.

      Hello Rivka; The food plan book is sugar/flour free, weighed and measured, and has some information about vegetarian food plans. If you call my office after January 4, I will talk with you about sponsors and your other issues.
