This is a booklet about self care; and I find that self care is the hardest task for people with eating disorders. My friend Anna was spending more time, energy, and money on taking care of her horse, Thunder, than she took of herself. So Anna and I created this book to help you with the items of self care you need. It’s interactive, with spaces for you to write your goals and decisions, and it will help you get started on prioritizing how you want to take care of your body, mind, and spirit.
