Hi, are any of the printed resources/books available digitally? I’m not in the US so the meetings are too late (1am) for me and I can’t find anything on Amazon (.co.uk & .it) and there aren’t any international postage options.

Yes, every Wednesday, from 7 to 8:30 PM ET. You should be getting a reminder every week, but the number of the meeting is the same for every week. hope to see you there!

Have you worked with Carnivore diets, meat & fat only. I am not full Carnivore but eat less veggies and starches.
Three months into O.A. I had bad! heartburn and overall bad digestive issues. It seems like my body was not happy with a lot of carbs, veggies, dairy, nuts, or fruit. My sponsor wants a second opinion. The nutritionist I have specializes in being low oxalate. She understands food cravings. But still having problems with extra bites.

I’m a food addict in recovery the last 18months with SHiFT/Acorn. They recommended you. I’d like help to incorporate some seeds and nuts into my very limited food plan. I’m Dairy, Gluten, flour and sweetener free. I have Hashimoto’s disease and auto-immune Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. I’m 5’1″ and now weigh 115. My high weight was 160. I’ve been abstinent about 18 mos.
