This program will begin your transformation to food freedom. In this program, I will teach you to :
- Identify your trigger foods
- Stop self destructive food behaviors
- Learn to speak kindly to yourself
- Establish an individualized food plan that works for you and you alone
- Create your own food recovery plan
- Finally be free of the compulsions, bingeing, and feelings of failure
