Thanksgiving is just a week away, and with it the start of the Winter Holiday Season. This is most likely the most difficult time of the year because of all the holiday treats, family meals, and other temptations. To help you stay abstinent through this time, I am offering a program that is part course and part support group.
The course part will work on boundaries – with yourself, with others, and with food. We will talk about the various types of boundaries from the flimsiest to the solid steel wall, how to set them, and how to use them to protect yourself this holiday season.
The support part will be a discussion about what is happening in your life, helping you to identify where and when to set your own boundaries, and supporting you in the boundaries you choose to set.
