An Interruption of the Blog

I am going to interrupt our current series on label reading today because of some important stuff that happened this week. Have I ever told you how Wayne Dyer always said that what you say when you talk to yourself is what your subconscious mind thinks you really want to create in your life? This was brought home to me in a powerful way this week; I was angry and unhappy and I went to bed saying I did not want to do something I had been told was needed. And I woke up to discover that, in my sleep, the body had tried to work its way out of the situation on a physical level!

And now I know and I really believe that we need to be really careful about what we say to the body, especially at bedtime. So attached is a list of ordinary, positive affirmations. Pick 2 or 3 or 5 that have meaning for you. Or maybe a positive one you want to test out.  Say them every night before you go to sleep, and write them once a day. Be sure they are positive, present tense, and express what you want most as though it were already here. And please comment below and let me know what happens.
